New Linksys Terminal Adaptor for T-Mobile US @Home Subscribers

T-Mobile US has been earning industry and customer recognition since launching its @Home service nationwide in July. Now, customers have a second choice of Linksys terminal adaptors to enable their fixed-line service via a broadband connection.

The T-Mobile @Home HiPort™ adapter allows subscribers to make unlimited nationwide calls with T-Mobile @Home. The concept is as simple as when it was first launched: take home the new Linksys terminal adaptor with UMA technology and plug it in to the home broadband connection for fixed-line voice service in the home, driven from the mobile core network.

The Linksys adaptor, officially named UTA200-TM UMA telephone adapter, is a more basic connector as compared to the Linksys WRTU-54G, offered with @Home since July. It has a single telephone port and is available for $39.99.
